How to use your Living Social Voucher at any one (1) of our 2013 Home Bout Dates and more Frequently Asked Questions
+ Present LivingSocial voucher at the door to redeem. You can print the voucher yourself or present a smartphone with the LivingSocial app. We will have a list of people who purchased the voucher at the door.
+ The LivingSocial vouchers are good for any one home bout: April 13, October 12, or November 9. Admission to the September 21 Annual Charity Home bout is FREE for all spectators. If you purchased multiple vouchers, you will be able to use one each per bout.
+ Doors open at 7pm. First whistle at 8pm. Bouts are about 1.5 hours long.
+ Bouts have not historically sold out, but come early to get a good seat. We offer trackside seating (first come, first serve) and standing room. Fans can also bring their own chairs to guarantee seating.
+ If you purchased a Merch credit with your voucher, that credit is only good for Hellions merch (not Rollarama snack bar).

The Hellions of Troy Roller Derby are excited to kick off their first season as a WFTDA league with their very first WFTDA sanctioned bout against The Green Mountain Derby Dames Grade A Fancy.
The Hellions have quite the history with the Dames, so this bout promises to be full of big hits, athleticism, and good derby!
Doors are at 7pm with the first whistle at 8pm
As always there will be fun and games for the whole family during half time.
Tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door.

The Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) is proud to announce today that the Hellions of Troy Roller Derby (HoTRD) League of Troy, NY, has been accepted as a member of the WFTDA, the international governing body for the sport of women’s flat track roller derby and a member organization for leagues to collaborate and network. This is an exciting, cumulative event for the Hellions, who have been working towards inclusion in the Association since their inception in 2008.
As a new member of the WFTDA, HoTRD joins the ranks of 173 all-female, skater owned and operated leagues worldwide that have united to lead the sport of women’s flat track roller derby. After successfully completing the WFTDA Apprentice Program, they can now enjoy the benefits of full WFTDA membership, which include a vote on WFTDA policies and rules, and eligibility for ranking and tournaments. The Hellions of Troy will begin their WFTDA membership a Class C member in the East region. They are the ninth league in New York State to be accepted as a full member of WFTDA, joining cities such as Buffalo, Ithaca, Rome, and New York City.
The Hellions of Troy wrapped up their 2012 season in November with a home win against Assault City Roller Derby, of Syracuse, NY. Throughout the month of December, HoTRD is actively recruiting skaters, referees, and volunteers in preparation for their 2013 season. HoTRD will kickoff the 2013 season with their first official sanctioned WFTDA bout against Green Mountain Derby Dames (Essex Junction, Vermont) on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Rollarama Skating Center, 2710 Hamburg St, Rotterdam, NY.
About the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association
Founded in 2004, the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association is the international governing body for the sport of women’s roller derby and a membership organization for leagues to collaborate and network. The WFTDA sets standards for rules, seasons and safety, and determines guidelines for the national and international athletic competitions of member leagues. There are currently 173 WFTDA member leagues and 95 leagues in the WFTDA Apprentice program globally. The WFTDA a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization is governed by a five-member, volunteer Board of Directors.
